We rescued a Boxer last night!!

Oh wow..... what a pitiful situation this baby is in. I wanted to show you guys this baby, she is so sweet and so sad to watch. She was so abused by her owner that she doesn't even have a NAME!! She is full blooded Boxer... and my husband has SUCH a weak spot for Boxers.
The 1st pic you can see how sunk in her face is, and she is completely covered in ticks, not those little ones, the HUGE ones that have been there for a long ass time. 
2nd pic, you can see the shape of her spine showing thru her skin.. she has clearly not been fed.
3rd pic, you can literally count every rib in her little body. Boxers are naturally slender to some degree, but not like this, it's awful!!
People who treat animals like this should be shot.  |

And THIS is MY Boxer........ Bo, as you can see, he is a fat and healthy AND happy baby... lol
BUT he hates the camera, the flash freaks him out. lmao

Nice Rescue I had a couple rescue greyhounds b4 and lemme tell ya if ya ever saw them and the conditions they lived under and the abuse they took no one in their right minds would ever bet on adog race again.
On a funnier note i came in thinking you might have rescued Mike Tyson The ( BOXER) From his downward spiral in life LOL.

NO, baby, even I know my limitations..... Mike Tyson is on his own. 
Dogs can be pretty resilliant and I think they know when you are good and bad. In fact I am convinced of it. 
This one came up to us right away, and I went out first, before my kids did to make sure she wasn't in such bad shape that she was violent.... she was fine, and the minute I brought my kids out, she was all over them, sucking up all of their attention.
I had just pulled a huge ham out of the oven and I put all of the fat cut from it in the pan with the drippings and took it out to her, god she ate it so fast we barely could tell there was anything in that pan. So she went to bed happy and full last night..... lmao |

WTG Tam i am an animal lover and have one dog now my last one was with me for 18 years . i also use to rescue parrots and at one time had 48 on the property. it shocks me to think that someone could abuse harm such loving animals. I now have one dog 3 cats and a African Grey Congo . ( the cats like to sleep on the bottom of the birds cage its priceless )
I love boxers as well they are loving kind dogs and have a great rep for liking kids . My hat goes off to you on the rescue |

I got word last night that there are 6 more of these babies in the same place as these were, or the guy he got her from has them, not sure...... but he wants all 6 of them gone. So I am NOW trying to locate homes for them, they aren't in my possession yet, but I'd take them before I'll watch them get hurt.... YIKES!!! They are all siblings of this one.
I have so many animals it isn't even funny..... and this is down from the usual I have. LOL
I have 10 cats, one is still one of my rescues.
1 Fish
1 Chinese Water Dragon
2 Hermit Crabs
4 Dogs
4 kids
1 husband........... lmao
I have a VERY full house but I love it. |

I love those dogs, we had one a few years ago and he was the best dog..... right up to the time someone else decided he was a good dog too and came and stole him from my yard. |

I had a Boxer when I was a kid. I called him Spinx. I named him after Leon Spinx the professional boxer. He was a good dog. Unfortunately he got hit by a car. |
